Professionals interested in taking a short course abroad have a new opportunity with the possibility of a full scholarship. THE LAIOB Registration is open for executive programs held in partnership with The University of Akron , in Ohio, one of the most important business schools in the United States. Scholarships range from 30% to 100% and registrations close on September 17th ( register using the link).
Candidates can choose between four course options: Innovative Project Management, Management, Marketing Strategies and Innovation and Sales Management and Negotiation. All come with Business English classes.
The programs are focused on serving professionals at different career levels: analysts, coordinators, managers, directors and entrepreneurs. It is an excellent opportunity to ensure continuous learning and progress in your career without having to invest in a long-term course, which is unfeasible for many people. The “lifelong learning” mentality is highly valued by the market, in addition to the networking opportunity at an international university.
The courses start in February 2024 and last two weeks . For those who want to combine advanced studies and leisure, the LAIOB program is ideal. Students will have the opportunity to take classes with highly qualified teachers and discover the fascinating landscape of the North American winter. Weekends are free for students to get to know the region.
For those who want to improve their English skills, the program also offers an extra Business English module, focused on learning the language in the context of the business world. In addition to classes, students will have contact with native teachers and the daily lives of local residents, which is one of the most effective ways to improve their level of English.
One of LAIOB’s concerns is offering experiences outside the classroom. Therefore, one of the differences in this selection process is the opportunity to immerse yourself in the United States Armed Forces . Complementary to the content of the disciplines, the experience proposes activities aimed at improving leadership skills, assertive communication, team management and strategic planning.
