Offered at an overseas institution, the “Accelerated MBA” allows you to finish the course faster than other types of MBAs. What would take two years full-time or three years part-time now takes three to four months (including summer vacation) with an accelerated course, but, on the other hand, requires more hours and daily dedication from the student.
3. Online or distance MBA
Like any distance learning course, this MBA does not require the student to be physically present, as it is done entirely (or most of it) online. This is why this is the most flexible course: you can take it from the comfort of your own home, at your own pace. Another great advantage of this type of MBA is being able to opt for one of the courses offered by international universities without leaving the country.
4. Dual MBA
It is an MBA taught in conjunction with some other postgraduate course. For example: a Master of Health combined with an MBA, for students who would like to take up administrative positions in health care. In this way, upon completion of the program, the student graduates with a double degree. It lasts, on average, five years.

The requirements to be admitted to an MBA course abroad can vary greatly depending on the type of course and the country you decide to study. Some institutions will require a minimum amount of professional experience and all will usually ask for proof of graduation completion. Fluency in English is essential, the student will need to submit the result achieved in the TOEFL or IELTS exam.
In the United States, for example, the GMAT exam (Graduate Management Admission Test) may be required, a standardized test of language, mathematics and analytical thinking, designed to assess the potential of students interested in a graduate degree in business.
