The Dutch University of Twente is accepting applications for 50 scholarships for master’s programs starting in the 2024/25 academic year.
The scholarship selection criteria considers the academic merit achieved during the undergraduate years. To compete, you must first be approved in the desired master’s program.
The values of the scholarships offered range from €3,000 to €22,000 per year. For master’s programs lasting 2 years, it is possible to request extra financial aid. The tuition fee for international master’s students is €14,250 to €17,000 per year. In other words: the value of the scholarship can fully cover the annual fee and still be enough to cover other expenses in the Netherlands.
How to participate in the University of Twente scholarship program
To enroll in the scholarship program, it is necessary to pass Twente’s selection process (or application ) and present an approval letter from the desired master’s program. In addition to passing the application , eligibility criteria include: not having completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Twente, proving proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT 90) and being among the best students in the graduating class.
To participate in the traditional selection process for master’s programs, it is necessary to register on the Sudielink platform, check the specific criteria for each country in the link and send the documents:

- Bachelor’s/graduate diploma
- Additional certificates
- Exams: GPA (required) and GMAT or GRE
- Research project
- Letter of interest
- Reference letter
- Curriculum
