Until April 30th , the University of La Verne (California, USA) is open for applications for scholarships of up to 60% for short-term specializations in business areas. The 25 vacancies are for the classes of 2025 or 2026 and are available for nine course options in the areas of Marketing, Project Management, Strategy, Finance and Leadership.
You can apply even if you haven’t finished your degree yet. There are also course options for professionals who already have a postgraduate degree or MBA. Please register through the website.
How short-term programs work
Classes take place in January or July on the ULV campus and are taught entirely in English by Ph.D. professors with extensive academic and professional experience. The programs last three weeks and also include visits to companies and institutions in the country, with the aim of expanding the vision of North American business. In addition, there is an additional Business English module , focused on language development in the business context.
The classes are made up of students from different countries, allowing the creation of a global network. Upon completion, students will receive two international certificates. The University of La Verne, recognized as one of the best American universities by the America’s Best Colleges ranking, has already helped boost the professional careers of many Brazilians over the last 20 years. The selection process is organized by the IBS Americas business school, which has coordinated the university’s scholarship program since 2003. Based on the form sent, the admissions team will return with the results of the application, by email or telephone, within five working days.
