The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is accepting applications for 100% scholarships for undergraduate programs. The institution is one of the best in Australia. Sign up by April 8th !
According to the university’s website, the scholarship is aimed at international students “who exhibit UTS’s core values and can demonstrate a commitment to excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship and social justice”.
How UTS scholarships work
The selection criteria for scholarships consider academic “merit” and “qualification” and the candidate’s answers to questions asked during the application process. International students who were not born or live in Australia and New Zealand can apply for scholarships.
In addition, candidates must present a high school diploma from a recognized institution and an overall average of 85%. The required high school graduation year is a maximum of 3 years before applying to UTS. To apply, you must register using the online application form ( available here).
Letter of interest
Among the documents that must be sent, it is necessary to write a Personal statement, or cover letter, with a maximum of 500 words responding to the following evaluation criteria:
Demonstrate examples of leadership skills, which can be in school, the workplace or the community;
Give examples of personal experience and accomplishments to date, “including, but not limited to, examples of community service, innovation, or entrepreneurship.”
